OUR PURPOSE
xMultiplied was founded to back entrepreneurs, family enterprises and ultra high net-worth individuals seeking to scale up their businesses.
xMultiplied accelerates the growth of entrepreneurs by bringing together capital, relationships and functional skills. We have worked across all five continents, notably in the areas of Banking, Technology, Industrial Manufacturing, Health Care, Consumer Goods and Retail.
Today, xMultiplied and its partners work with families and entrepreneurs that are looking to scale their business either domestically or internationally and need access to a diverse team of resources and professionals to support their journey. We are selective yet flexible and opportunistic in our approach. We emphasize and value a long term relationship and align our interests and capital with that of the business we support.
TEAM
Nikhil Chawla
Nikhil co-founded xMultiplied, bringing in his vast experience and relationships in Wealth Management across Europe, the US and Asia. Prior to xMultiplied, Nikhil spent 18 years at HSBC where he had a very successful and multi-dimensional career.
He was Managing Director and Business Head for the Middle East Private Banking business out of Switzerland and also oversaw the Asian businesses. Previously he held several senior roles, including Chief Administration Officer and Chief Risk Officer. Nikhil started his career with KPMG.
He is a qualified Chartered Accountant, an avid golfer and a proud father.
Banesh Prabhu
Banesh is a Fintech services veteran and pioneer in Technology & Operations Solutions Management. He has developed and implemented global strategies for executing digital capabilities and servicing of clients.
He has managed senior global responsibilities in Operations, Distribution and Technology for over 30 years, of which 23 years were in Citibank, where he was responsible for servicing clients in 55+ international markets. During these years, he pioneered the creation of several global Centers of Excellence for Operations & Technology that included implementing Digital Services.
In his last role, Banesh was a member of the Executive Committee and Head of the Technology & Operations Group for one of Thailand’s leading Universal banking groups, Siam Commercial Bank.
He has been and is presently an investor in Fintech start-ups, a Board Director, and was a Senior Advisor with Boston Consulting Group (BCG).
Vivek Chandaria
Vivek co-founded xMultiplied after 20 years in Industry, Technology and Family Offices, which leverages his passion for supporting entrepreneurs through their journey.
Prior to xMultiplied, Vivek spent 13 years at a family office, investing in a range of industrial and technology businesses. He has been involved in several successful industrial turnarounds in Europe, Americas, Asia and Africa through hands-on executive and board roles. Vivek started his career in venture capital.
He is a member of YPO and holds an MBA from Insead and a BA in Physics and Philosophy from Yale University.
Mansha Chawla
Mansha is the Operations Head of xMultiplied. She manages all the day to day activities of the company.
Prior to xMultiplied, Mansha worked as a financial professional in Corporate Finance Advisory at KPMG and Wealth Management at ABN Amro Bank NV. She has executed global projects from Switzerland, United Kingdom and the UAE.
Mansha holds a MSc. from the London School of Economics and a BSc. in Economics, Finance and Middle Eastern Studies from UPENN/ Wharton Business School.
